General Policy
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the full balance may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 14 days notice. Please note, for the avoidance of doubt; deposits are non-refundable but all reasonable attempts will be made to find alternative dates if cancellations or alterations are required.Deposits are the value of the first nights stay or 25% for stays of 4 room nights or more.
Lost Keys
A charge of £20 will be made for any room keys not returned at checkout.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking in any part of the building, including guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be in breach of this policy will be charged £100 and asked to leave immediately.
Damage
We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred to rooms or the hotel directly to guests via any payment method used to pay for the room.
All guests wishing topay for their stay by cash or card will have to provide a valid credit or debit card and photo ID
Checkout Time
Check-out is 10:00 am each morning. This gives us time to get the room turned around in time for our next guest.
1.There are more rooms at the hotel than spaces available and as such a car parking space is available on a first come first served basis and no spaces are guaranteed or reserved
2.The hotel does not accept any liability for any damage to your vehicle whilst parked on our car park.
3.Parking is payable on arrival
4.Parking will be charged at £10 per car per stay from midday on day of check-in until 10:30am on day of check-out subject to availability.
5.All cars are required to park as close to the building as possible leaving no space in front of the car
6.Please understand your car is likely to be blocked in for the duration of your stay. All guests are asked to make themselves available to move their cars at 10:30am if they are blocking others in.
7.If you need access to your car during your stay or before 10:30am on the day of check-out please do not park on this car park
8.Please leave your car registration and working contact telephone number for the duration of your stay.
9.Any car that blocks other customers’ cars after 10:30am and is unavailable to move their cars will be charged £10 per hour, or part hour.
